Kahvenin Hikayesi
We created 9 BAR to preserve the beloved aspects of classic espresso while elevating the cup to a cleaner and more balanced experience.
Brazilian coffee contributes body, cocoa, and nutty characteristicsto the blend, while Colombian coffee opens up the cup, supporting sweetness and vibrancy. Our goal was not for the two coffees to stand out individually, but to complement each other to create a single, cohesive espresso.
We also wanted 9 BAR to be an espresso that is easy to calibrate in businesses that pull hundreds of shots consecutively every day, and that maintains its consistency throughout intense service. We crafted a profile that is rounded and balanced when consumed black, yet distinctive enough to retain its character in milk-based beverages.
It takes its name from 9 bar pressure, one of the fundamental references in espresso brewing.
