2. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website [www.kruen.com.tr].

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE

  • The product(s) will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Deliveries are made within the borders of Turkey via a cargo company.

  • If the BUYER is not present at the delivery address, the product will be directed to the relevant cargo branch.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

  • Food products, personalized products, and products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons are excluded from the scope of return.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period and the product's packaging must be undamaged.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Products that cannot be returned due to their nature

  • Products at risk of rapid deterioration or with expiring shelf lives

  • Opened or used food products

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.

8. EFFECTIVENESS

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
