  • First sip: An elegant, fresh, and quite delicate character. A light florality and tea-like structure are felt before the fruit.

  • Fruit character: White melon is prominent. In the background there is a very soft, low intensity papaya allusion. The fruits are juicy but not as intense as in the first coffee.

  • Sweetness: It's not overly prominent, but it doesn't leave the cup feeling empty either. A calmer, more balanced sweetness.

  • Body: Light, fluid, and clean, like black tea.Carries the elegant character of the cup. blah blah blah

  • As it cools: The body does not significantly increase. White melon and tea-like characteristics are maintained; the cup remains fresh, delicate, and flowing.

Sidama, Yirgacheffe ve Guji'nin duyusal zenginliğini tam şeffaflık ve doğayla uyum içinde dünyaya taşıma misyonuyla yola çıkan ekip, Addis Ababa'daki laboratuvarlarından hasada, işlemeye ve sevkiyat öncesi derecelendirmeye kadar her adımı özenle yönetiyor.

    "The Sweet Plus Promise" programıyla en az iki hektarlık arazisi olan üreticilerle doğrudan çalışıyor; pazar bulma ve ihracat lojistiğini üstlenerek satış değerinin %88'ine kadarını doğrudan çiftçiye aktarıyorlar.

    Sahadaki bu titiz çalışmayı yürüten isimlerden biri de 20 yılı aşkın deneyimiyle çiftçi eğitimi ve hasat kalite kontrolüne öncülük eden Fithum Bekele.
